Column ad_system.lastbuildinfo is not updated

Description

Starting the Java client from eclipse shows
> DB.isBuildOK: Build DB=3.2.0/patched/customized 20080530-2255
> DB.isBuildOK: Build Cl=iDempiere
> -----------> DB.isBuildOK: Build Version Error
> The program assumes build version iDempiere, but database has build version 3.2.0/patched/customized 20080530-2255.
> This is likely to cause hard to fix errors.
> Please contact administrator.

Looks like the build info in column ad_system.lastbuildinfo is no longer updated in iDempiere

Environment

Oracle XE with seed from Adempiere patched up with all migration scripts

, this is intended for server running the script sign-database-build.sh - in eclipse you need to set AD_System.IsFailOnBuildDiffer=N

I think this is still an issue despite being marked as closed, see teh version from the change role panel:-

Version : 2.1.0.v20150323-2019
Database Version : 201503111036_IDEMPIERE-2509.sql
Vendor : Supported by iDempiere community
JVM : OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01
OS : Linux 3.13.0-48-generic unknown

And this error from the log:-

The program assumes build version 2.1.0.v20150323-2019, but database has build version ${env.ADEMPIERE_VERSION} 20080428-1232.
This is likely to cause hard to fix errors.
