Scheduler in System cannot be assigned to a valid Supervisor (FHCA-963)
Description
When creating a scheduler in System, the Supervisor just can be assigned to System, when another user changes the scheduler record then the scheduler tries to run with that user instead of System.
Another System user (like SuperUser) cannot be assigned because it requires the user to have a Business Partner, and that window is not available in System.
