Remove barbecue and barcode4j dependencies in BarcodeElement and replace them with zxing

Description

The libraries barbecue, barcode4j and avalon-framework are too outdated.

Suggestion is to remove these dependencies in BarcodeElement and other parts where they are referenced and replace them with zxing.
