Country name "Germany - Deutschland" should be named Germany

While testing a feature of the TMS plugin and working with gmaps and graphhopper I noticed that for addresses in Germany the method MLocation.getMapsLocation was generating a broken link, the address could not be found by the maps because the Country name is Germany - Deutschland instead of just Germany.
By changing the name of the country, the urls worked fine
