System Configuration : TIME_FORMAT
default => AM/PM 12 Hours
HH:mm => 24 Hours

The date pattern in language is working for date fields, but not for time fields.

I'm creating a pull request to make the time pattern works similar to date field.

Hi ,

There is already an open ticket related to that matter (see https://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-3752).
I think it would be more interesting completing it (it can be defined per field) rather than adding a general SysConfig.
