Oracle user System is 'fixed' on the code

Description

The oracle config class contains fixed hardcode for user system.
In AWS RDS we cannot use this user name, because it's reserved.

In attachament a suggestion of patch to resolve it.

Hi ,

I think it would be preferable a generic solution for both postgresql and oracle.

Attached a patch

based on your idea - that way passing a parameter to the JVM
-D ADEMPIERE_DB_SYSTEM_USER
would do the trick.
