Improve FDialog to receive arguments for the AD_Message in special cases

Description

The FDialog class can use only messages with no parameters. It would be useful to allow the ask dialog to receive optional arguments and use messages with parameters.

Hi ,
I see you set the ticket as resolved, but i do not find the related commit :-/

And BTW, there are 2 labels for tickets with patch '+Patch' and '+patch'.
Is it possible to deactivate (or delete) one ?
