getAD_OrgBP_ID of I_C_BPartner returns string instead of number in DB that causes error in "Convert lead to bp"

, I was not able to reproduce the issue.

But, it would be a big data error if you set ad_orgbp_id on your template and replicate that to leads. So, I made a fix to avoid that data issue replicating.

If BP template of client info have a value of ad_orgbp_id , the process doesnt work.
If no bp template or a bp template without ad_orgbp_id , the process run as a charm.

No reproducibility in test.idempiere.org , i think it's my instant issue.
