Import CSV Process not processing detail callouts -> data corruption

Description

When importing a CSV customer invoice the callouts on the detail is not being processed, leading to data corruption.

For example an invoice line with price entered = 100 - was loaded with corrupt data -> price actual = 0,line net = 0 and grand total = 0

When imported from the window toolbar button it works fine, when imported from the Import CSV Process it creates the invoice with Grand Total = 0
