Print format with 2 print format item same column break All Group Calculations

Description

issue: we accidentally set in printformat 2x same column, then we recognise sums are doubled.

solution: implement validation to prevent same column twice on same print format.

My idea was prevent conflict, support 2 columns as suggest is best exactly. This issue can be closed well.

reproduce
1.go to the sales order window
2.set up a report that totals the grand total
3.add the Grand Total2 column equal to the grand Total column that already existed
4.You may notice that the sum will appear doubled.

Ticket is related to ticket IDEMPIERE-4227.
The solution proposed by Norbert (implement validation to prevent same column twice on same print format) conflicts with what was requested in ticket IDEMPIERE-4227.
