Document Status Indicator (gadget from Adaxa)

Description

As it is available at Adaxa repos (thank you! ) i liked a lot this feature and made it available into iDempiere.

It's a Document Status Indicator and ease to use feature

I'm sending a patch for release-4.1

, after applying migration scripts you must always run the 4 scripts in the folder migration/processes_post_migration/postgresql

feedback: after applying migration script issue when opening new window and table (columns referring to missing table - db available app.dict. none.)
reason: BR language is default, missing translations for ENG. After run create missing translation everyhing works ok.

i'm not sure this must be corrected or not. hope help.
