UserElement1_ID and UserElement2_ID on GL Journal are not used on posting
Description
We have UserElement1_ID and UserElement2_ID on GL Journal and even we have User Element dimensions are enabled, those are not reflected in posting.

Yep Carlos,
That is mistake, while creating ticket I did not thought custom column approach. This ticket can be marked as invalid.

Yes, This can be done as customize column.
I just thought that this can be use general by all.

I think you can add the ASI column to GL_Journal instead and keep the UserElement working as is designed.
You must not push to core code that relates to customized columns.

Yes it work if we use any columname on GL Journal. We have use case where we have to do ASI wise accounting and we faced that issue as ASI column not presents on Journal line.
While we have already UserElement1_ID and UserElement2_ID column on GL Journal. So thought to use that using same for non standard accounting dimensions.
