C_Order isDelivered is not Updated when Complete Shipment

Description

bug: when shipment completed c_order.isDelivered is not Set to 'Y'. (note: m_inout_candidate_v referring to this field.)
tested: both sales and purchase side.
awaited behaviour: , when shipment fully delivered/over-delivered then isDelivered set to 'Y'

Reading the source code, there isnt implementation of this flag.

I agree with Norbert, but i want to improve the expected behavior:

1-) Change de reference to List , with the following values:

D - Delivered
N - Not Delivered
P - Partial Delivered
O - Over Delivered

Based in qty, with this scenario, we can use more indicatives css styles.
