Date fields on Request window are confusing

Description

On Request window there are 6 date field which are confusing. Suggesting below label changes for same.

Start Time => Actual Start
End Time => Actual Completion
Start Date => Ticket Creation
Close Date => Ticket Closed
Start Plan => Planned Start
Complete Plan=>Planned Complete

Carlos,

Start Plan and Complete Plan field are presents in iDempiere 3.1 but those are not visible on Request window.
