4.1 cleanup

Description

Some folders are not required in 4.1 - but still present in the repository and is potentially confusing for developers importing the project and running copyjars in the wrong folder.

Proposing to remove org.zkoss.zk.library and org.w3c.dom.fragment from the repository.

Yes , I think is a candidate to remove. That's the old 2pack version from adempiere, I used it once to import an adempiere 2pack, I guess if we remove it and somebody would need it, can be found in older versions.

i see org.adempiere.pipo.legacy but don't see it anywhere. maybe candidate for remove?
