WebUIServlet deprecated? init.d/idempiere script not getting log message

Description

Hi, the WebUIServlet message that is being checked on init.d/idempiere scripts is not written now.

Proposing here a patch to log a message on LoggedSessionListener instead.

hi , reason by commit use overide config

override-web need more configuration to work https://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/9.3.x/override-web-xml.html
but it's not necessary now. just move code of WebUIServlet to LoggedSessionListener

please apply my patch first after that apply your patch but exclusive LoggedSessionListener and WebUIServlet, just keep script change
