Allow multiple selection for lookup fields on reporting

Description

This is an initial work to make reporting and data consolidation more simple at iDempiere.

Now users can select multiple values on lookup fields, and/or negate this selection before issuing the report. See:

The patch is based on development branch and is working quite well with default reports, but i'm thinking about:

  • make it usable also with Jasper Reports (creating new report parameters)

  • change the way that the multiple values are saved (maybe using t_selection?)

  • improove usability and validations
