Cache Reset process dont work if set Show Help = "Run silently - Take Defaults"

1. Logs in as System Administrator.
2. Open "Report and Process" and open process "Cache reset".
3. The field "Show Help" set to value "Run silently - Take Defaults". Save it.
4. Logs in as GardenAdmin.
5. Run Cache Reset process => Processing ... Please wait ... for infinite time.

I think it's not just the cache reset process, but also any process in system.
