Add Project, Activity, Campaign, User Element List 1 and User Element List 2 to M_ProductionLine

This fields can be usefull on some situations when dealing with production order and the values defined for lines must be different from the header. For example when when including a line that represents labor time, and this labor costs needs to be posted on a different cost center)
