Update tab name not always correct

Description

When Document Type has set Overwrite Sequence on Complete as true, tab name is not updated after document complete.
Some times when using search the title is also not correct. Having created two "Sales Opportunities" and using search to find the other one does not update the number in the Tab Name (see second image).
