M_cost records created for all orgs when Only Org is not Null
Description
problem: system creates m_cost records for all org if there is only org selected on accounting scheme. customer feel it as big mess of data. instead 1-3 cost records there are in such cases 20...
solution: when Only Org selected, do not generate m_cost records for all org/costype combination.
remark: would be very helpful if someone know when the system start to generate m_cost record. lost me really not well defined. because in some cases e.g. cost adjustment error message because not m_cost record..etc. Probably would be logical add a checkbox - to accounting scheme - generate Zero Costing Records. (otherwise will be generated only "any time" e.g if you create an org later then less m_cost entries.) Need a clear statement here.
