Platform Upgrade for r3/Hazelcast 3.5.x

Description

According to some forums, hazelcast 3.3.1 has issue with amazon aws discovering. the recommended solution is upgrade to latest 3.5. I'm suggesting to uprade idempiere Hazelcast 3.3.1 to 3.5 (latest). We are able test immediately, to confirm upgrade.

Ah, by the way, I also deleted 2 obsolete hazelcast jar files and implemented discovering the configuration file via the system property hazelcast.config to be consistent with hazelcast documentation

Hi , please when re-installing the config file take care of the multicast flag, I disabled multicast by default as suggested by at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/idempiere/ti56keZS-GM/L1yktv5JupoJ
