I showed example of JPiere(Japan+iDempiere) implementation at latest Workshop. Multi Line Header Report is one of the example of JPiere implementation I showed.
I made patch. But I think that this patch is not best.
Deepak said to me kindly that "let's improve together in community". So, I post patch. Please improve this patch.
I also attach TableElement.java. I think that it works if replace it instead of patch.
I am happy if it is useful for community.

Triaged:
The patch looks good and can be applied on eclipse to the TableElement class without major problem
NOTE that the implementation of multi-line just works in PDF, not in HTML
After the patch was applied I did some tests with multi-line in PDF - but the header didn't show as the screenshot provided
So, as suggested by the patch requires extra work.
Closing as potential idea - 5 years of inactivity.
