current gridcsvexport don't export read-only tab, but still export read only record. example log in with client gradern word, export window print format, system record (in read only state) also exported.

, I think is different, user cannot insert a record on a read-only tab - but a read-only record can be exported - changed something and then imported on a read-write tab.

but it's special case. i think logic apply for case "don't export read only tab" is "use don't has right for re-import it in this tab" so it also should apply for read-only record.
for export from system and re-import to GardenWorld, user should log-in with system role
