View Allocation - Document type Print Format ignored

Print Format (PF) on Doc.Type is ignored when user wants to print Allocation. System prints with default PF.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create new PF for Allocation
2. select PF on document type
3. cache reset
4. create Allocation and print it << BUG
