grid customize save data even has no customize

Description

grid customize save data even has no customize
1. open a window in grid view mode (table mode)
2. open grid customize dialog
3. do nothing, click ok button.
=> a new ad_customize_grid_view is created.
i think this case will just close dialog without any change

thanks , I think behavior is correct, if the user push the OK button the customization is saved, if the user push the Cancel then is not.

maybe it's a work-around for case user don't change fields, just change order of fields.
but it's hidden logic not good for maintain.
