Different Qty between M_Transaction and M_StorageOnHand

Description

We have Different Qty between M_Transaction and M_StorageOnHand.
Document Inventory Move was Document Status=Incorrect but Transaction exist in M_Transaction and M_StorageOnHand did not changed.

iDempiere 2.0
Postgresql 9.4
JDK 1.7

I think this bag resolved in this issue https://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-2629#icft=IDEMPIERE-2629 .
We will patch and check it.

, is this issue reproducible in test servers? This seems more like a support request than a critical bug.

Please reopen if there are steps to reproduce.
