Accounting Schema - Add or Copy Accounts Doesn't works

Description

Reason: Not null contrstrains are set. Looks functionality was removed from java code but database columns are still mandatory.

todo: change columns to not mandatory, after that process works well.

tables/columns are:

c_cashbook_acct
cb_asset_acct
cb_cashtransfer_acct
cb_differences_acct
cb_expense_acct
cb_receipt_acct

c_bp_group_acct
unearnedrevenue_acct
v_liability_services_acct

Hi , how are the steps to reproduce - I created a new schema, defined the dimensions, copied the GL/Defaults from original GW schema and then add/copy accounts and it worked fine.

Cannot Reproduce
