Field Sequence items not placed together in Purchase Order

Description

As reported in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/idempiere/-oQiB-xbYdw
attaching migration script to change the Field Sequence of Priority item to the rest of same Field Group, 'Delivery'.

Thanks , the order was correct - what was wrong is the field group assigned to those fields - I committed a different patch changing the field group
