Tree Maintenance 2 GUI improvments

Description

Problem: we are building a complete tree and tooks lot of time well we want to share 2 ideas how to make life easier

1. implement a checkbox - controll visibility of available menu items to be added to tree. Main point is to hide those already added. Existing behaviour will exists sure.

2. Add icons to right pane - easier identification in hundreds of items by icon. (basically display basic icons or latter versions if object e.g. window has own then that-unique)

but we can use tree?
when i make finance report, i define a tree and i stress with right list

@hiep: the right panel shows all availables nodes (it's just a list)
