Info Window - ZK_PAGING_SIZE per client

Description

Would be very helpful to improve ZK_PAGING_SIZE to client wide config. Not for server installation as implemented in IDEMPIERE-1988.

Primarily this could be performance improver.... sometimes i need to setup for regular clients 25 or 50 and change it to anther client to 500. when implementing and doing mass update then 3000

Hi this works as you say at level Client and Org.

Hi , you must login as System Admin, change Configuration Level to Client, and then you can change this sys config in other clients.

Attached patch will accept this sys config on client level.
