Workflow activities count is not filtered by role access

Description

The number in button is displaying wrong count number because it's not filtered by role access yet.

I have reproduced it in demo.idempiere.com, you can logged in as user: slsspv@idempiere.com password: slsspv, it will display 1 in button but when you click it will display nothing because actually slsspv doesn't have access to the document's organization.
