update configuration to release-2.1 can invoke build action with Buckminster 4.4 from eclipse

Description

with update of idempiere in zk7 branch, developer must update eclipse and Buckminster to 4.4.
with this update when invoke build action from eclipse for release-2.1 branch will encounter error.

Thanks - I think is better not to integrate this one on 2.1 - we need to move ahead the zk7 branch to promote it to development.

The patch is good here to point in forums to anybody wanting to use newer versions of buckminster on pre-r3 versions.
