Improving QueryData service- Add support for ctx variable

Description

I am working on different web service improvement task.
One of them is to add context variable support into queryData.

Use case is that if you want to write filter condition where you want to pass some dynamic value. Due to security restriction we can't allow free filter parameter, So context variable support will add this feature safely.

Sául, I agree. Constant value field adding restriction on configuring where condition. I feel same restriction but that is not related to this improvement. So we can commit that as new ticket IDEMPIERE-2635.

So Carlos can go ahead to push this code.

How does it work:
In the Field input create a line, the DB Column Name will be the name of the context variable

It called on the filter parameter
