log-in Default Language

Description

It would be necessary set a variable in language, where we can define what will be the default login.
I propose to add a column in the language table, which is identified in the LoginPanel class, thus establishing the language by default.

I think I'm a little confused. when you say System tenant you mean the host server? or the client machine & browser?

, I mean, if you set Spanish as the language of System client - it must work as you want.

the idea is that default login language must be the language of the System tenant - I think that would be enough configurability
