some tomcat config make warning by deprecated

Description

xmlValidation, xmlNamespaceAware in tomcat config can remove follow document at:
http://tomcat.apache.org/migration-7.html#XML_validation

maxSpareThreads is removed, i see maxThreads can replace it.
