2. open Print format window
3. Click to lookup record: type Business Partner Detail, enter OK
4. Click to print format item tab (printformat lost)
5. click to display order - CANT message: Fill mandatory fields: Print Format

seem a bit same https://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-1744#icft=IDEMPIERE-1744 - after import record. in detail tab, parent key is not load
please explain full step to produce it.
