Combobox behaves strange when used with keyboard

When you want to access the combobox only by keys there is an annoying and strange-looking behaviour. If you press the "down" key two times the combobox switchs to the next item but then the focus is in the upper (text entry) part. To scroll one item down you have to press the down key two times. In longer lists this is really annoying.
