Add OSGi Console to ADempiere Client (swing)

Description

Update the adempiere-client.sh to include a "-console 12622" option similar to the idempiere-server "-console 12612" option. By doing so, we can telnet into the client to manipulate osgi plugins. (for example - deploy Libero Mfg Plugins).
