something can improve with preference

Description

I see Value Preference have two limit (have a bit where in this condition)
+ Value Preference save base in column name => if two field in a place use same column, can't separate it.
example "copy to" and "copy form" in "copy role" process

+ Value Preference save base in window. because fields in some tab of a window have save column is share same Value Preference

, there are just two special cases where a process have duplicated columnname in process paramters:

  • Copy Role

  • Mutiple Components Change (inactive from libero mfg)

I think that's poor design and would be better to forbid that and refactor the copy role process, and maybe the libero mfg process on red1's plugin.
