Longtime Running Proces Management

request: we need feature listing all running report and processes (stalled, slowdown performance, accidental processing huge volume of transactions). at this moment - we have options to kill osgi. in worst case kill postgress process or restart server OS.

possible design:
add new window/widget/report/process where admin able list all running processes & reports with columns: process name, instance, running, date/running from, duration, healthy, scope (all clients, my client, org, me...etc) action: terminate, hold or move to queue.

usage: system or client admin has access to the functionality, where according to access rights admin can manage longtime running reports and processes. in such case admin selects action according to use case and run action (e.g. terminate longtime running process). as result server properly terminate running process.
