Instead i suggest change the concept follow:
1. Remove History Records field, implement relative search logic to Find Record Window.
use case: users create new query where can define base filters replacing History Records - like, Last 1 month, Last 3 days etc.
remark: We can re-create history records options as pre-defined queries.
2. We need also add default FLAG parameter to query. Then each client can setup own default query option (we need usually 3 months for opportunities).
this seems closely related to IDEMPIERE-1062, there I was proposing that on dates we could allow entering an integer, meaning the number of days relative to the date
