Extend Window Customisation by Context Help Field

User Story: As client admin want to improve users knowledge transfer by adding context helps and attach them to window customisation Window/Tab/Field level.

THEN power users (client admin) should able to enable contextual helps for his users various way. (make an accurate contextual help about business processes etc.)

is it the same purpose of - I just answered there that context help is multi-tenant designed

each client has own default language. context helps are multilingual. means if you then attach a context help to an english window customisation or e.g. a vietnam window customisation - the translations must be handled automatically.
