https://bitbucket.org/idempiere/idempiere/commits/027b441b58062d4514f2e9d01f98520634c3b2d1 broke this ticket.

The images are not shown in the message but are only considered as attachments

Thanks

, effectively the problem you described is a thunderbird bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=548507
I tested with thunderbird and didn't forward not-inline attachments, tested from within gmail and it worked fine.

Seems that the issue is related to Thunderbird.
When forwarding an email, i can use 2 options :
#1 forward it as integrated (not sure of the translation)
#2 forward it as an attachment

With #1: screenshot & log are not included
With #2 : screenshot & log are present (in the mail which has been set as attachment)

So, i think this could be integrated in trunk

I doesn't work as expected.
I mean, using new patch, i was able to see images while creating the email.
But when i received it and forwarded it (using thunderbird), attachments (log & screenshot) were not included. But images from signatures were here.

Then i made another test. i open the email from a webmail (roundcube) and tried to forward it. And that was ok, the email was sent with everything (screenshot, log and image from signature).

So perhaps it is related to Thunderbird ?

Any idea ?

Thanks anyway

Nicolas
