Allow users to add attachments when sending mail directly from Swing Client

Description

In the same way that users from ZK Web client can add one or more attachments to an e-mail send from inside the system (since changes to WEmailDialog from ), this patch provides a way to users do the same from SwingUI (EmailDialog)
