i want to make easier to understand info window purpose, and i found description and comment added to info window doesn't appear in right pane.
i investigate little bit other windows behaviour with description and comment fields for object level (not field !!)
windows are doesn’t showing - immediately cursor focusing a spec. field (doesn't appear right pane)
reports - (doesn't appear right pane)
process - description + comment/help appear in parameter section (doesn't appear right pane)
forms like generate shipment manual (appear in right pane)

workflow - yes (appear in right pane)
so minimally i suggest to add comm+descr. to info window, but others can comment what about other windows. my opinion is showing object level com+descr. in right pane.

Tested with current code - Description and Help defined on Info Window is appearing in the HowTo section.
