translate language to vietnam

with a contribute from http://vietsourcing.edu.vn. I make launchpad project to maintain a translate of vietnam language.
some remark:
+ vietsourcing.zip is zip file contain language export from adempiere 3.6
+ tool4po.zip is zip file contain something (head of idempiere rev 10194)

  • en_US contain en language export from idempiere

  • vi_VN contain vi language export from idempiere

  • zip contain file is convert to upload to launchpad. just make tag file and upload

  • step make translate to launchpad.txt guide to use tool4po tool

  • tool4po.py with my modify. add function to make zip folder

Great , idea with translations is to publish them in contributor repository and announce it in http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Localizations
