inconsistence of create production line.

Description

1. make order.
2. make a orderline with a product has isBom = false
3. complete order
4. at order line. process "order line create production"
5. a production with a production line is create success.

6. at production, run "create/update production lines" a exception is raise.

what case is correct?

Sounds like a bug - I think is wrong to allow "order line create production" for non-BOM products
