Error in process POS payment with locale diferent to English

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with GardenAdmin user/GardenAdmin role | Spanish Language
2. Go to POS Window
3. Load an Order > Customer: Joe Block Product: Rose Bush
4. Click on payment button
5. Try to in an amount (tender amount)

At this point, not only conversion of decimal key (numpad) fail, but formatting tender amount number too.

NB: With German Language fails too.

OS: Fedora 16. JDK: 1.6.0_17. ADempiere: 361 changeset 6181:15959dba9dc0

Tested again - seems to be working with GardenUser but not configured for GardenAdmin.

Potential-Idea: deep review of POS and make it work - at this moment seems like unmaintained
