Can't save a new record on detail tab unless record is touched

Description

Hi,

Step to reproduce :
Login in System and untick 'Single Row Layout' on User Assignment tab of Role window.

Log out and login with SuperUser.
Goto the Role window, and click once on User Assignment tab (it must stay in detail position).
Delete the actual record System Administrator / SuperUser.
Click on 'New Record' (button in detail toolbar). Then click on Save (master toolbar). You won't be able to save until the detail tab become the master one.

Workaround: the save button of the detail tab works fine - is the save button on the top toolbar which doesn’t work

Reproduced on the test day on the test server.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Login  as System

  • Open the Window, Tab & Field window

  • Navigate to the Role record

  • Select the tab= User Assignment

  • Uncheck the Single Row Layout flag

  • Log out

  • Log back in as System with the SuperUser user

  • Open the Role window 

  • Navigate to the System Administrator record

  • Click on the User Assignment Tab to make it the active detail

  • Delete the User assignment record with the SuperUser user

  • Click on New on the detail tab

  • Click save on the master record

Expected Results

The detail record should be saved correctly

Actual Results

The detail record is not saved, the system does not show an error message and you can close the window without any warning.

If you click on the save icon on the detail record, everything works fine
